JAEET publishes applied engineering research on emerging technology areas that don't yet have an established, dedicated venue — including IoT systems, biomedical/medical devices from an engineering perspective, and smart/connected systems.

Because this is the broadest-scoped of the five Ferrotech journals, editors hold submissions to a tighter practical/applied-technology standard issue over issue: every accepted paper must demonstrate a concrete, applied technological contribution.
